Your tier status is evaluated based on a 12-month rolling window. As long as you maintain the required points within any 12-month period, you will retain your tier.

How will I earn points for account fundings?

Points are awarded based on the net funding amount added to your account during a specific promotional or qualifying period.

What is the grace period?

We offer a grace period before downgrading any account, giving you time to earn the necessary points to maintain your current tier.
